Hamilton Sports Council is one of 4 Sports Councils within South Lanarkshire (The others are Clydesdale, East Kilbryde and Cambuslang/Rutherglen)
Run by an Executive Committee of volunteers, Council members and representatives from South Lanarkshire Leisure, our main aim is to encourage involvement & participation in sport within what was previously known as Hamilton District (which includes Burnbank/Blantyre, Bothwell/Uddingston and Larkhall/Stonehouse).
The Executive Committee, who represent a wide range of sports & clubs, meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month and holds it A.G.M. in May each year.

While the Executive members are responsible for specific sports, we work together in different sub-committees to look after the many events & activities required to support a busy sporting calendar.
